Research Highlights An international reputation in the area of crystal engineering, and a world leading expert on the phenomenon of interpenetration of networks in crystal structures. 228 refereed journal publications, 1 book, 8 book chapters, 89 conference presentations. Publication 14 is one of the most heavily cited papers in its field (over 3000 citations). Publication 42 was the very first 'Highlight' paper written for CrystEngComm, and is the second most highly cited paper to have been published in this journal to date (487 citations). Publication 2 was highlighted in an editorial article in Science, and chosen as one of the highlights of the year for chemistry in the Encyclopaedia Britannica, Book of the Year, 1996.
